I had gotten up early on this sunny spring morn’ and tossed a blanket on the dew covered grass, in the vicinity of a fox den near my home in Green Township. I tried to be super quiet and still, while also attempting to remain out of the foxes’ line of sight. Not only did I desire to catch a glimpse of these pups in the daylight; but I wholeheartedly wanted to be able to spend some time ‘with’ them. I lied on my belly, underneath a honey suckle bush, and watched them for hours! One of the little guys played for a long time with a large goose feather - grabbing hold of it with his teeth and flinging it into the air, only to chase it down and do it again! What a total blast! Great day!!
