When you take your bar shots after close, you have already had too many shots! And no, it's not peaceful when you're there that late, is it...hahahahaha!

i agree, you own the establishment, you should be able to decide how you run it, cigarettes don't kill people, it's all the crap that the companies put into the product, plus, the amount used...
Thanks Robert :) @Tim: I hope you went and voted, you can vote once a day. Problem is with our little place, we're not a restaurant that serves alcohol, we're a bar that sells food. This ban will probably do enough damage to actually shut us down, after 20 years.
i did vote lisa... i was a business owner, i did eventually put up a sign asking people not to smoke, in a little salon all the chemicals and smoke,, then i had a heart attack, (i smoked also)... yet, i do not believe we have to spend taxpayers money for stupid laws to govern every little thing... people can choose... small businesses cater to a niche client, let them...
