now it seems to me, if i was mayor, to help cincinnati's downtown to prosper, it needs added recreation/ entertainment. (we should have never taken the theater district from the square) after all, look how "newport on the levy" lit a fuse. people want shopping and entertainment in one area. i would consult, or lease the "banks" area to be developed by paramount or disney, and recreate/ authenticate an old looking river town, paddle boats could land there, bringing tourist from parking right up/down river, or come in from town. p&g could make a replica of it's original store to sell gifts, findlay market could have a smaller version, small and local type stores that made cincy famous, crosley raidios, a deadbetty's saloon, (she was a wild gunslinger from the old west). the replica town would also serve as a living museum to this area first thought to be the gateway to the west. we should also honor the fact that a shawnee tribe had a great village on this site and region, (they could run a casino, oh no! :D ) also,, trains could circle the nearby vicinity/region to cut cars commuting to town, oh that might mean mass transit!

I think it would be really cool if a Carew Tower size statue of a Hudy Delight beer can could be placed along the river to commemorate Cincinnati's fantastic beer drinking history!

I think that I'll have to remove the Hudy Delight tower and put up a Blatz tower and make it the largest building in the world! Twice the height of the Pretronas Towers in Malaysia!
