During World War II, Cincinnati Union Terminal was major transfer point for soldiers, the station served as many as 20,000 passengers per day. Take the tour of the Union Terminal to see this and many other rooms unavailable in general.
Nice picture Chuck. My Dad told me stories of his life with the UT. Took me as a boy to see the great concourse before they tore it down. Think what a grand place it would be if that was still there.
Lisa, thank you very much. I feel so connected when I visit Union Terminal. It surely holds a special place to me, memories of boyhood wonder that men could make such an interesting place.
