Only a handful of males (Drones) are produced for the purpose of procreation, and they contribute nothing to the hive. When Winter comes along, the males get evicted from the nest to die. Great shot with bee in natural environment. Mr. Science is right about female bees, and also drones they kickout for winter to die. Don't us males feel used? Great job Jeni.
